Council resolved on 28 October 2025 to endorse for public exhibition for a period of twenty-eight (28) days, the policy below:

Council encourages members of the community to provide written feedback or make submissions by no later than 5pm on Thursday, 4 December 2025.
The document can be downloaded from this page or viewed at the Leeton Shire Council Administration Office, Leeton Shire Library, Yanco Shop, and Whitton and Murrami Post Offices.
Submissions regarding the DRAFT (New) Code of Meeting Practice may be made any time during the exhibition period, by completing the survey below or submitting your feedback via:
