Council resolved at the December 2025 Ordinary Meeting to endorse for public exhibition for a period of twenty-eight (28) days the following documents:
- DRAFT (New) Roxy Community Theatre – Lost Property Policy
- DRAFT (New) Roxy Community Theatre – Terms and Conditions of Entry Policy
Council encourages members of the community to participate in this process and provide written feedback or make submissions by no later than 5pm on Friday, 30 January 2026.
The documents can be downloaded from this page or viewed at the Leeton Shire Council Administration Office, Leeton Shire Library, Whitton Post Office, Murrami Post Office & Yanco Shop.
Submissions regarding the DRAFT Policies may be made any time during the exhibition period, by completing the survey below or submitting your feedback via:
