Leeton Shire Council is seeking public feedback on a proposal for Crown Lands to enter into a licence agreement, permitting the occupation of part of Lot 1 DP 1135132, located at Central Park, 138 Cherry Avenue, Leeton, classified as ‘community land’ under the Crown Land Management Act 2016 and Local Government Act 1993.

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act, interested persons are invited to make written submissions regarding the proposed licence.
Where a submission is an objection, the grounds of objection must be specified. All submissions, including any personal information, will become publicly available and may be shared with the applicant, Crown Lands, and included in Council’s business papers or correspondence to the Minister for Local Government.
