We appreciate all staff that took the time to participate in the Voice Project Staff Survey last year.

Senior Management has heard the concerns raised by some staff regarding lack of clarity around responsibilities and processes being unclear or inefficient. As a follow up, we’d like to explore these areas a little further and seek additional qualitative feedback from staff through use of a short questionnaire. This feedback is important to us and will help towards continual workplace improvement and ensure a work environment that is enjoyed by all.

This questionnaire is anonymous. We only ask which directorate the survey response is linked to. This will help us make informed decisions in preparation of the action plans. Please note results will only be shared with SMT, Human Resources and the Communications Coordinator.

The questionnaire should only take a few minutes to complete and will close at 5pm on Friday, 10 March 2023. We would be very appreciative to see a high number of participation to address and respond to these important concerns by taking onboard as much feedback as possible.
