Disability Inclusion Action Plan- Staff Survey

Leeton Shire Council is developing a Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) which will set out the actions Council will take to improve the inclusion of people living with disabilities in the local community and within our organisation.

This survey is designed to gain feedback from Leeton Shire Council staff in regards to how staff with a disability are catered for and disability friendliness of Leeton Shire Council's facilities. Your input will directly help shape the actions of the DIAP.

All responses will remain anonymous. The utmost care will be taken to ensure that feedback received and data circulated from this survey will not identify employees.

This survey will close at 5pm on Friday 27th January 2017.
